We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to undertake schematic tool migration and design validation for a company based just outside Cambridge.Requirements* xDxDesigner VX experienced user, preferably with experience of being a design/data administrator and setting up and administering a xDxDesigner installation* Good understanding of PADS libraries and layout tools* VBA and scripting tools* Understanding of design validation process, analysis techniques, and documentation* Experience of scripting tools* Experience of carrying out design validation testing including temperature, vibration, voltage envelope, stress, etc* Writing test specifications and reports, analysing test results.Opportunities exist on a temporary and permanent basis.
