Job Description

Handyperson / Fabric Engineers Needed Location; CambridgeSalary - £30,000- £33,000 per annumPermanentA driving licence would be beneficialWe are working with a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on an exciting new contract based in Cambridge looking for an experienced Handyperson to join the team.Duties (not limited to)

  • Minor building fabric repairs
  • Minor decorating tasks
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, tap flushing / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
  • Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors
  • Assisting engineers when required
  • Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearanceFor this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
