Handover Manager / Mobilisation Manager - Team Leader - London / Cambridge - Up to £55kOur client is a highly reputable, highly accredited independent block managing agent known as much for their attention to details and standards as they are their investment in staff training and the latest systems.As a result of new business they have identified the need for a Handover Manager / Mobilisation Manager - Team Leader who will have responsibility for a wide range of duties including setting up the sites / training staff, handover administration, budgets(service charge projections and actual budgets), attending handover meetings, planned maintenance schedules (M&E, Window, Maintenance/Replacement, Refuse, landscaping etc.), management of the mobilisation team, site inspections, dealing with leases (in linewith transfer documents), H&S etc whilst working directly alongside the business development and estate management teams to ensure the onboarding of new sites goes smoothly and to plan.Suitable Handover Manager / Mobilisation Manager - Team Leader applicants will have 5+ years block experience, exposure to new builds / the mobilisation process and ideally IRPM/RICS qualification. The Handover Manager / Mobilisation Manager - Team Leaderwill need to be IT savvy, extremely well presented, highly literate, diplomatic (i.e. able to deal with difficult contractors/irate residents/snagging issues) and have outstanding attention to detail.Property Managers / Block Managers currently working in a role for prime managing agents overseeing high end new builds would be particularly suitable for this role, as would those with strong previous exposure to developer liaison and handovers / mobilisationof sites.The successful Handover Manager / Mobilisation Manager - Team Leader will NOT manage a portfolio beyond full handover, rather they will ensure the property managers will do so according to the expected standards.This Handover Manager / Mobilisation Manager - Team Leader role would best suit a property manager keen to apply their extensive property experience in a standards/customer focused setting.Starting salary for the successful candidate will be up to £55k (possibly negotiable)My client works out of prestigious offices in London OR Cambridge with excellent transport links surrounding.If you are an experienced property manager keen to express your interest or find out more, please apply now for immediate consideration.
