Timeplan Education are recruiting for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a variety of Schools in and around Cambridge on a long term basis commencing from September 2024.We work with a variety of Primary, Secondary and SEND schools as well as Further Education Colleges so will have no issues with finding the right environment and role for you!As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will offer direct support to the Class Teacher, ensuring every pupil feels safe, happy and confident at school.You will work with pupils on a 1-1 and small group basis; as well as assisting with interventions and social/emotional support.The role of a Graduate Teaching Assistant is incredibly rewarding and there may be opportunities for direct teacher-training for successful candidates.Previous experience working with young people with Special Needs is desirable, though not essential to succeed.
