Job Description

Graduate Service Desk Engineer / Up to £24,000 / CambridgeTEC Partners are currently working with an excellent organisation based in Cambridgeshire who are looking to add a Service Desk Engineer to their growing team as they continue to add talented people to the business to achieve their business growth targets.A day with this business will be varied and interesting and they will look to support you in achieving your full potential in your IT career. You will get a great chance to kickstart your career here and to grow your abilities whilst supporting the business.They strive for great customer service at this business which is a key part of their business.What they need from you -

  • A real interest in IT and technology; you do not need to develop software, but you do need to have a basic understanding of how IT works and different user challenges.
  • Customer service is the key; you must be a people person with patience and confident communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to see the challenge through from identification to resolution.
  • A passion to learn and be involved with a progressive company.
