Job Description

Due to recent and planned future expansion, Our Engineering Services Groups are now recruiting engineers and technicians to join the team in Cambridge!Salary: The starting salary for new graduates will be £30,000. For applicants with more experience their starting salary will be increased accordingly.In addition, Cambustion operates a profit share scheme. This is variable but is typically worth anadditional 10% per year.Graduate Automotive Research Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Working with Senior Engineers to formulate work programs
  • Operation of complex engine and vehicle test facilities
  • Analysis of data and reporting
  • Presentation of results to customers
The role will involve working in our powertrain and vehicle test facilities on a variety of powertrain-related projects.Our graduate engineers will have the opportunity to work on a range of challenging projects for our customers, which include vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to the automotive industry.Graduate Automotive Research Engineer Requirements:Applicants should be degree qualified or in their final year of either mechanical or automotiveengineering.Projects typically centre on our high-technology engine and vehicle test facilities and involvedeveloping software and hardware solutions to meet the latest engineering challenges.We would welcome applications from:
  • Students currently in their final year of study.
  • Recent graduates.
  • Graduates currently working in industry.
