Job Description

Global Product Statistician (Senior/Associate Director)Contract - Ltd/Umbrella/PAYE consideredDuration - 12 MonthsLocation - Fully remoteOur Clients early-phase oncology statistics team is totally focused on delivering innovation, science and seeking out opportunity. This dynamic team is looking for passionate, innovative individuals to help develop, lead and shape the way they work. We are currently looking for an experienced Statistician to work at the heart of their early-phase clinical project teams. Your proven statistical expertise will be a key influence on their clinical programme designs, informing our decision making and driving best practice.Main responsibilities:Lead strategic, statistical thinking and contributions to clinical development plansThrough collaboration with experts, develop design options and provide quantitative decision supportInnovate and improve study design through adaptive design and Bayesian methods, including trial simulationImprove statistical methodology, processes and delivery activitiesOversee internal and external statisticians in the delivery of analysis and reportingInterpret and present clinical trial results.Essential requirements:A Statistics or Mathematics related MSc or PhDDirect experience of clinical trials, ideally in pharmaceuticals or healthcareExcellent interpersonal skillsA collaborative mindsetGenuine commitment to drive innovation to advance statistical scienceOncology experience would be an advantageThe Clients requirement is urgent, so only Candidates with immediate availability or short notice periods can be considered.
