We encourage our people to think differently and our inclusive culture of continuous learning and collaboration make Mundipharma a great placeto work.Job DescriptionThe purpose of the HR Shared Service team is key to supporting the business, line managers and employees in all transactional HR activities.The team will be responsible for delivering the service with passion and commitment providing a consistently great customer experience as well as making sure the services delivered meet policy and compliance requirements.The Shared Services will also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives on how systems, processes and data can be optimised to make the service even better.The team will be required to take a pro-active approach to lead, not just respond to business requirements.The role of the Shared Services Generalist will evolve over time. Initially the successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the team as they transition to a new Global Shared Service Center.The successful candidates will also be responsible for supporting the team as we embed a merged and upgraded version of Workday.Following the transition to the new Global Shared Service the roles will revert to the successful candidates being part of the new team and will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end employee life-cycle in line with Company Policy and Guidance.Experience of managing the employee life-cycle processes - from hire through to retire.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership for the HR system (Workday) ensuring all relevant changes are made and payroll deadlines are met. This includes:1. The processing of all starters and leavers, and changes in employment2. Absence management3. Relevant notifications issued to key stakeholders in the businessAbility to manage complex processes and/or processes with high impact or visibility as well as collaborating with the HR Leads to update and maintain Company documentationProduce reports and metrics for the Functional HR Leads as required to enable the monitoring of trendsLiaise with teams, HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise for escalation and resolution of policy and process queriesPoint of contact for all HR-related questions and queries via Workday, ServiceNow, email or telephone as well as maintaining efficient filing systems aligned to GDPR, ensuring individual personnel files are always up to date and compliant.Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • HR Qualification or working towards
  • 3 to 5 years relevant Shared Services experience
  • Fluency in at least two European languages required other than English
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
