Job Description

General Manager - £65,000 per annum - Prestigious site in Cambridge

  • The General Manager will be integral in developing and driving the food and beverage offering
Tonic are excited to be recruiting a General Manager position for our client based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate must have a strong background within good quality food and beverage operations, able to provide a five star service. The General managermust have the ability to oversee a number of outlets and departments, with a proven track record of managing large teams.
  • 3 years experience as General Manager within large, multi-outlet operations
  • Educated to degree level in hospitality management
  • Experience with managing large teams with multiple direct reports
  • Good understanding of retail, fine dining and banqueting/hospitality
  • A calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first class food offering
  • Financial acumen, capable of managing large F&B revenue
