You will have the flexibility to manage your own workload offering a better work-life balance.Salary to £60k | Company Car or Allowance | Bonus | Stakeholder Pension | Private Healthcare | 25 Days HolidayKey Essentials:* As FTTP Planning Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a large team; helping to ensure that work runs smoothly on various work streams across the regions* Creating the planning policy for network builds; ensuring cost effective solutions are being provided* Managing a team responsible for collating and validating survey information before progressing to construction* Providing regular reports on KPI’s based on actual deliverables, WIP and overall completion for a set period of time with precise cost breakdowns and expenditure* Ensure that all designs submitted meet clients requirements and that the design process is adhered to in the assembly of submitted design packs* Assist in resolving design queries during the construction stage for contract teams and the client* Act as the main point of contact for design queries from the client; ensuring that all updates are captured and agreed during handover* Overall responsibility for the management of the fibre design process and validation of returned designs against surveyed areas* Ensure that any issues with as-built drawings are resolvedRequirements:* Previous experience in the planning and design of external fibre networks with a particular focus on FTTP* Financial awareness including cost management and budgets* Excellent communication skillsDue to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel throughout the South East and Midlands - lodge allowance will be paid if required#projectmanager #utilities #streetwork #design #jointing #fibre #splicing #splice #flex #pon #connections #manmanagement #cabinet #chamber #overhead #pole #telecom #FTTP #FTTC #FTTP #FTTX #blownfibre #duct #desilt #blockage #subduct #microductBy applying for this position, you are agreeing for CVL:LDN to hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
