Job Description

A growing pharmaceutical business in the Cambridge area are looking to recruit a project chemist/project lead to work across formulations development of new products. This role is office based, utilising your experience of formulations to develop novel products or repurposing existing products in collaboration with third parties.Responsibilities:

  • This individual will be responsible for leading the planning of development activities
  • Head up scope design for formulation development
  • Be involved in the development and management of project plans
  • Provide technical support to development projects
  • Provide analytical support where needed
    • You will have:
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in Drug Product Formulation Development. Solid oral dosage experience is essential. Experience with other dosage forms would be beneficial but not essential
  • Analytical method development and validation experience would be advantageous
  • Experience of project management, project planning and risk assessment
  • Strong problem-solving ability
