15pm-3am Mon- Thu,

6am - 4pm Tues -Fri

2 weeks of each shift rotating

Due to increase workload, my leading client in the packaging industry, now requires an experienced folder gluer to join their team!Responsibilities-

Setting up the machines for use

Running routine maintenance of the Bobst Masterfold machines

Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met

Attention to detail

Identify issue as they arise individually and along with other operators and management

Requirements-

Previous experince operating gluing machines within the Cartons packaging industry

Ensure minimal numbers of customer or QC complaints and rejections because of poor work.

Recent, relevant and proven machine minder experience.

Understand and carry out instructions

Act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change.

Be able to work under pressure.

Must be able to work well within a small team with good listening and communication skills
