Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for permanent First Line Support engineer to join an exciting, award winning digital creative company that’s based in central Cambridge.The successful candidate will support the staff who are currently split between working from home and working in the brand-new studio. Fundamentally, the focus will be the setting-up, installing and deployment of hardware upgrades for existing and new staff. In addition to this, you will provide customer focussed first-line support in a Windows environment; answering helpdesk tickets, dealing with user queries and providing remote support.This is not an ordinary support role- you will gain exposure to a vast range of innovative technology- from networking and storage equipment, to firewalls, devkits and audio-visual equipment. Career progression is highly encouraged and there may be an opportunity to specialise in one of these areas and become the subject matter expert for the team.Requirements for the First Line Support:
