Finance Transformation Communication LeadAn opportunity has arisen for a Finance Transformation professional to join a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company. Implement a stable and sustainable operating and delivery model by end 2022, achieving organisational alignment and the integration of core finance processes, in preparation for the SAP4 (CFIN) programme launch in 2023. Working on the ALXN Finance Integrationwill be fast-paced, dynamic and challenging. The Finance Integration change lead must support process changes, updated ways of working and technology-enabled change, primarily impacting the legacy-Alexion organisation. Location: WFH attend Cambridge site for critical meetings Pay rate: 400 - 500 per day outside of IR35 Duration: 12 months Role Summary: Build a scalable and robust change management approach for the programme across all the workstreamsIdentify and assess stakeholder groups, create an engagement and communication strategy, develop and maintain the stakeholder register and advise the project team on all levels of stakeholder engagement including key stakeholders and impacted wider audiencePrepare affected business areas for transition to new ways of workingLead and/or support business change, offering change management expertise and execution support across projects and workstreamsDeliver the communications plan to the relevant employeesPut in place the change readiness measures, as part of overall business readiness ahead of go-liveProactively identify and highlight risks to PMO, including proposed mitigation plans Assist the programme team to remove barriers/issues in the delivery of their plansSupport transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business and outsourced service providerCollaborate with the team to create and implement the necessary communications, training and policy/documentation plansEnsure change lands well and is sustained through a structured transition to BAU plan and approachExperience/ Qualifications Required:Proven experience of developing and implementing change plans in a complex multi-stakeholder environmentExperience working in a similar role within a global company preferably Pharma Finance transformation change management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration, project management, planning and multi-channel delivery experienceExperience of managing different stakeholder relationships, developing cross-cultural networks and tactfully challenging opinions to achieve desired outcomesStrong creative design and execution of digital communications assets Please apply by sending your CVs to
