Job Description

We are partnering with a brilliant organisation that are working hard to reserve nature and contribute to a global cause. We are searching for a Finance Business Partner to focus on their resources and protect their assets worldwide.

  • Work closely with their divisions and project teams to develop robust financial plans that ensure the success of their global initiatives. Your insights will drive their financial strategies to new heights.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly management accounting packs.
  • Financial accounting monitoring and control, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every financial aspect of their operations.
  • Play a pivotal role in the preparation of monthly management accounting packs on both global and regional scales. Your contributions will help makes informed decisions and allocate resources wisely.
  • Dive into the details, including the accuracy of forecasts, quarterly recharges, inter-branch reconciliations, meeting deadline, and monthly project reviews.
  • Ensure project and program managers have access to precise and timely financial information. Your reports will include project details, donation contributions, report timing, budget comparisons, and expenditure estimates.
  • Collaborate with project teams and divisions to develop strategies that mitigate financial risks, ensuring the smooth progression of their initiatives.
  • Support in the development and compatibility of financial information systems, both in the UK and international locations.
  • Assist the Controller group in ensuring they adhere to all legal requirements, including supporting the UK audit process and assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Provide financial advice to their fundraisers as they craft project proposals.
  • Engage in discussions with directors regarding budget submissions and present consolidated budgets to the finance department, providing explanations for any changes.
