Job Description

Study Worker£130 per dayPertemps are delighted to be recruiting Study Workers to join their wider team. The role will be working in the heart of the community, involved in the largest UK COVID-19 Infection Survey, delivering a first class customer service when visiting participantswithin your region.Please note that the role will require you to travel within your designated territorial areas using your own vehicle. You must be available for work immediately, having completed a comprehensive vetting process with Pertemps.What does the role have to offer

Succesful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills to be considered for the work assignment:
  • Customer Service or Sales skills, or a background in the Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Friendly professional approach, putting the participant first
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Attention to detail, able to clearly ask questions, collate, check, and record data accurately
  • Be able to gather important data for the survey, explain processes and supporting participants who will carry out a self-administered swab test &/or capillary blood testing
  • Excellent diary/ calendar and e-mail management
  • A keen eye for detail is imperative whilst scanning and uploading documents, completingpre populatedfields on your tablet ensuring accuracyoneach and everyoccasion
  • Ability to work autonomously and confidently in a field-based setting
  • Must own an App friendly smart phone/tablet and possess strong IT skills in particular working onatablet&/orsmart phone
  • Highly flexible and comfortable working to targets, thinking on your feet, in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • A confident driver with a full UK driving license (maximum 6 pts) and a car less than 15 years old (Business Insurance policy will be required)
  • Must have flexibility to work regular weekends and evenings, and occasionally be available at short notice
  • Eligible to work full time in the UK
  • Must not be employed in another role
  • To confirm dates if any holidays already booked
