Job Description

Are you a Field Sales Executive looking for a new challenge Do you have a passion for cultivating and maintaining new business relationships Want to be in control of how much you earn If so this could be the perfect role for youI am excited to be working with a market leading homewares company who are currently on the lookout for a Field Sales Executive to cover the East of England regionYou MUST HAVE a valid drivers licence and access to your own vehicle.Benefits:

  • Salary up to £30,000 basic + comms + generous car allowance
  • Territory: East Anglia - Kent/Suffolk/Essex/Norfolk
  • Holidays: 25 + 8 bank holidays
  • Pension contribution
  • Excellent commission structure
  • This role is fully field based with the occasional requirement to travel to the Worcester HQ
  • EAP access
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities that align with our companys mission and values.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Book and attend sales meetings through field sales activities.
  • Secure long-term relationships as a trusted partner
  • Be able to create and manage a pipeline of current and future business opportunity
  • Attend networking events and expos
Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Previous B2B sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to prospect and close sales
  • Excellent relationship management and ability to build rapport with new customers.
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and present an understanding of ROI.
  • Ability to negotiate complex contracts to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Ambitious to achieve high earnings and grow a long-term career.
  • Be an accountable team player who leads by example and takes ownership and responsibility for their actions
