Visitor numbers have increased rapidly in recent years and Wimpole is regarded as one of our most successful propertiesin terms of growth and innovation. As expected for such a popular location, work at Wimpole is fast-paced, but as part of the team youll enjoy flexible working conditions.Youll work alongside another Facilities Co Ordinator, a Facilities Assistant and a Facilities Business Support Co Ordinator and report to the Facilities and Business Support Manager.We are recruiting to grow the team to enable us to have the capacity to pick up the wide and varied tasks and compliance responsibilities in a busy and varied property - which includes Mansion House, Stable Block, Home Farm and Parkland. The role will includeworking 1 weekend in 4 with time off in lieu.Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, youll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. Youll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring highstandards are delivered and maintained at all times. Youll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, cleaning and caretaking duties, presentation of public areas and visitor facilities including car parksand grounds, preparation of meeting rooms and the co-ordination of back of house services such as deliveries and collections.
