Job Description

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - UK LAW FIRM - CAMBRIDGE BASEDOur client is a leading UK law firm offering a range of legal services across various sectors. The firm has been named as being one of "The 100 best companies to work for" for the past 19 years. They have offices in several major cities across England includingLondon.The roleAs the Executive Assistant, you will be based within the firms Corporate and Commercial national service line and will work closely with the Administrative Assistants and Doc Production specialists to provide support to a number of Fee Earners, this rolereports into the Executive Support Manager or Executive Team Leader for this group.This is a demanding, challenging and busy role and you will play a huge part in ensuring the smooth running of the team and working closely with the Fee Earners you are responsible for, building strong relationships.Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, such as a PA or secretary and ideally within a legal environment
  • Experience providing support to multiple people i.e. diary management, travel arrangements
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems i.e. outlook, word, excel
In addition to this, the role requires:
  • The ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and willing to work additional hours, if required
  • Remain calm under pressure
