Job Description

Role:Executive Assistant - Client ServicesLocation:Cambridge (occasional travel to London)Hours: Full timeSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experienceI am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with an analytical mindset to join a non-profit organisation based in Cambridge. The role will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer primarily in the Cambridge offices with occasional travelto London.What’s in it for you

What will you be doing in the Executive Assistant role
  • Develop a deep understanding of client service agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor and track the progress and delivery of service agreements against KPIs to achieve or exceed targets. Provide regular updates to both clients and the internal team on the performance of the service agreements.
  • Administer the delivery of management services to clients which may include:
    • Publishing Regulatory New Service communications.
    • Organising and taking minutes for board and committee meetings
    • Maintaining all corporate records
    • Ensuring the timely receipt of information from borrowers against loan agreements
What we would like from you:
  • Relevant experience with and influencing a range of different stakeholders, including senior management.
  • A highly organised and efficient approach to work with the ability to be able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Proactive with a high level of initiative being able to work alone.
  • Excellent IT skills, with a very good understanding of Office 365
