Acorn is seeking an E-rostering team lead on behalf of the NHS in St Ives.This role is to support the eRostering of vaccination teams, supporting roster coordinators to use of the E-rostering system ensuring staff are utilised and rostered appropriately. Providing advice, guidance and solutions to enhance the use of the software, and support ongoing improvements in the E-Rostering Service.You will ensure that the system is fully and accurately maintained so that it meets the needs of the Trust and vaccination centres, providing efficient, cost effective and safe rosters in line with Trust policies.Requirements:* Experience of using Allocate Healthroster system* Experience of processes in NHS or similar environment.* Significant experience in working in a complex administrative environment.* Experience in using databases and the ability to extract and understand the information.* Experience of providing training, particularly on IT systems* Experience in providing a technical support service to users.* Experience in supporting an E-rostering implementation, or similar service improvement project.* Experience in developing and maintaining KPIs (key performance indicators* Experience of creating and managing staff rostersThis is a 6 month FTC role.Acorn Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
