Our client is a highly successful business with award winning audio products sold across the globe.Continued success means they wish to recruit a new graduate to become a technical support specialist.This position will suit a confident outgoing person with a strong interest in electronics, and software. . There is likely to be some international travel.The role will iinvolve you acting as the frontline support for all customers (distributors, dealers and end users) experiencing system’ issues and responsiblity for liaising with all departments within the company in order to investigate and solve customer problems, some of which may be more complex or long-standing problems that have been escalated by the service department.Ideal but not essential skills ....
