Job Description

The Company:My client is a growing company with a strong market presence in the Toys and Games sector and has achieved significant growth over the last 5 years. They have an established business with strong licenses, a strong generic product line and clear vision indriving the business forward.They have an established team who offer a great working atmosphere which is led by the Senior Leadership team. The company has good market penetration in the top four Multiples, High Street and Online retailers with opportunities to expand further in bothdomestic and international markets. As a result of this, they are now looking to add an Ecommerce Marketing Executive into their team.The role:Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will be tasked to ensure the visibility and accuracy of all products online via the companys own and customer websites. The role will require you to work with the wider Marketing team to develop and build contentto improve product listings online and sales conversion rates. You will be tasked with building the brand awareness across the business brands as well as building direct sales through key channels and develop customer loyalty.This role will require you to be office based as a lot of your time will be spent working with not only the Marketing team but also the other areas in the business; such as, sales, Customer service and Senior Management.Key Responsibilities

  • Developing engaging online content, monitoring, and analysing its success in delivering KPIs.
  • Regular monitoring and optimisation of product listings and product detail pages
  • Monitor product reviews, provide monthly feedback and highlight any issues
  • Delivering an online marketing profile to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Managing SEO both organic and paid.
  • Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon via Vendor Central.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize item data quality across product catalogue. A+, Vine reviews and enhanced video content.
  • Manage all Amazon paid activation including paid search, deals and re-targeting
  • Build strong relationships with the Argos & Smyths Digital Marketing teams to elevate brand presence online and increase conversion to sale.
  • Developing and managing projects and campaigns, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas. Supporting social media campaigns.
  • Create a digital marketing tracker to monitor and measure ROI on PPC advertising.
The person:You will have a focused, hardworking and entrepreneurial attitude to business and ideally come from a Toys background, however other consumer markets will be considered. You will have experience working within a similar role and working knowledge of AmazonVendor Central is essential. Ideally youll also have experience of working with Smyths Toys and Argos. As a positive and passionate team player, you will not be phased by working under pressure and to deadlines.We are looking for a professional to join a friendly, dynamic team who has a lot of drive and commitment to their responsibilities. Sound knowledge of ecommerce and attention to detail. Ideally, you will also be degree educated.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right attributes and experience to join a fast moving and dynamic company, with the opportunity to progress further.
