Job Description

About the Role:Opus Teach is a supply agency based in Ipswich, which is wholly owned by Suffolk County Council, currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner / Learning Support Assistant for a great school in Northstowe. You would be required to work in the Pre-School.Opus Teach work with all types of educational professionals to help them gain short and long-term employment in school settings.We are looking for a person who:

  • Has high expectations of the children and themselves, with a passion for supporting childrens growth and development
  • Engages, enthuses, and motivates the children and staff
  • Works well as part of a team (both within pre-school and the wider school) and has a commitment to improving and developing their own practice
  • Self-motivated, forward thinking, and proactive in developing themselves, others and the pre-school in a professional manner
  • Reflective and resilient
  • Recognises the importance of working well with parents, professionals, and the community

You will need:

  • A level 3 qualification in Early Years - or equivalent
