Domestic Gas Engineer - based in Cambridge - PermanentAn established and reputable M&E Contractor are actively looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumbing & Heating Engineer to strengthen their team covering Cambridgeshire. They cater to all domestic and business customers central heating systems, gas servicesand plumbing requirements. As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be working on a variety of contracts such as Student Accommodation, Landlords Properties and Letting Agencies carrying out servicing, breakdowns, maintenance and some small installation work. As the Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be required to: Servicing, breakdowns, and installation work as well as some plumbing work as necessary Carry out Gas Boiler breakdowns and fault finding Gas Boiler servicing and general maintenance Landlord gas safety checks Emergency water/gas leaks General Gas heating and plumbing problems Some installation work but predominantly of jobs will be repairs/maintenance You should have the following qualifications and experience: Hold relevant Domestic Gas qualifications - CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, WAT1, CPA1 Plumbing experience. Previous experience of a similar role working for a maintenance contractor. Ability to work unsupervised and independently. Full Driving Licence is essential. Salary and benefits on offer: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5-hour week) Competitive hourly rate. Company vehicle and fuel card. Company phone.
