We are ahead of the field in our commitment to deliver services in a psychologically informed way in order to maximise successful outcomes for our clients.Job Purpose:We are currently seeking a talented and innovative Domestic Abuse Outreach Services Triageto join our team.To be a part of the friendly, proactive Domestic Abuse Resettlement and Support team, providing bespoke community-based support, advice and advocacy services for individuals and families subjected to domestic abuse in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough areas.As the first point of contact for new referrals, you will assess the needs of the individual and allocate clients to the appropriate in-house support, signposting to external agencies where necessary. You will also support with managing and reporting on Flexi-fundpurchases to help people to remain safe.Other Job Details:
  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Monday-Friday
  • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
  • Location: Peterborough and Cambridgeshire
