Digital Marketing Manager- Spider is advertising on behalf ofis a highly successful marketing company based on the Essex/Suffolk border. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, offering a great opportunity for someone with proven ‘ hands-on’ technical & management experience, or someone who is ready to step into their first leadership role.The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Client Projects Manager and Managing Director, working with an outstanding portfolio of international clients, across multiple sectors and disciplines. In the day-to-day management of clients, with a core focus on identifying revenue growth opportunities for the agency and business for clients. You will be looking after a small team of accomplished Digital Executives – leading, coaching and developing them to their full potential. To achieve this, it will be essential that the candidate can deliver digital marketing strategy and execution, including search engine optimisation and digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for the agency’s portfolio of clients.Other key duties include:

Manage and develop the agency’s Digital Marketing Executives’ performance utilising the agency’s performance management system.

Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests, and work with the team to deliver client work.

Manage clients’ and Capsule’s SEO strategy & health, making ongoing recommendations to improve search rank and visibility.

You will have proven experience to be able to come in, work on accounts with the ability to develop and grow them as well as bring in new business. Technical capabilities are key, as personal development mentoring will be provided, with a blue-chip specialist in leadership development. Using your excellent communication skills, you must be able to build relationships (internally and externally) and a strong team quickly and effectively. You will need experience with managing and improving SEO health.This Digital Marketing Manager position is a Full-Time position. Offering Flexible working – part time in purpose-built studio and remote working, including client visits. You will be working in a bespoke-built studio, with a garden, which is located on a secure business park with 24/7 security and lots of opportunities for country walks. They are offering a fantastic salary between £30,000-£38,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
