Calling all Digital Content Creators & Technical Authors! We are working with a market-leading software solutions provider who offer unique, product-based solutions to their blue-chip clients. Theyre looking for an experienced Digital Content Creator / Technical Writer who will work as part of a collaborative team, aiding the business in the wrap-around service for their internationally renowned client base. This role will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and working alongside the development team.You will be a driven and innovative technical author, able to produce great reference and training material for our clients product. ROLE:Digital Content Creator / Technical Author / Technical WriterSALARY:GBP30,000 - GBP 50,000, 25 Days Holiday + 5% company pension, 5 days paid external training per year, flexible working and hybrid working, Gym membership, Wednesday team lunchLOCATION:Predominantly Remote (Cambridge, ONE DAY A WEEK)Here are the skills were on the lookout for:* Write engaging content for training modules, how to guides, help wikis using text, imagery and video* Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning and understanding new technologies* Collaborate directly with developers, UX Designers and Consultants to ensure new features are documented* Ability to understand sometimes complex processes or technical information, and to be able to explain them clearly and simply to an end-user.* A desire to create supporting videos or potentially experience of delivering video content with Camtasia or similar. * Inform colleagues of new developments, and involve them in processesBig Red Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for this role, please apply and we will be in touch to discuss further.
