Job Description

Im partnering with a well-respected organisation in central Cambridge, in their search for a Development Team Lead to join their team.Key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Performing line management of senior developers
  • Executing Agile practices across the team
  • Defining direction for the team
  • Assisting in developing the delivery roadmap
  • Helping the team prioritise workload
  • Being hands-on when required
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Extensive skills in C#, .NET and SQL Server
  • Exposure to Kubernetes or similar
  • Database design and implantation skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
