Deputy CTO - CTO, Tech, Engineering, Architecture, Software, degree, £70,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) + benefits, Cambridge / remoteAn up and coming early - stage tech company who have already made a positive noise in the media are looking to bring in a Deputy CTO to assist in scaling up the companys core product. They have already started to win awards for their technology andwith a team with over forty years experience in their chosen industry, you can be rest assured that their future is looking promising as a company.We are looking for a breath of experience which comprises both the technical element and commercial side of the role, must have extensive experience with multiple technology stacks, APIs, technical design, software development or software engineering backgroundwith experience of leading teams.A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, engineering, physics, finance but other subjects are certainly not being ruled out. Ideally, we would like you to have assisted in scaling up a newly formed start - up / early-stage tech companys whereyou have been involved in all functions of the business from the beginning, however, we are not ruling out people from large organisations too, any experience operating with financial or FinTech would go a long way, as would a firm grip on IT security / cybersecurity compliance and GRC fields.
