Customer Support Engineer Our client is a highly successful business with award winning audio products sold across the globe.Continued success means they wish to recruit a person to join their customer technical support team.This position will suit a confident outgoing person with experience of helping/supporting customers with technical products such as computers or stereo systems etc and a strong interest in technology. There is likely to be some international travel.The role will involve supporting dealerships, customers, the internal sales and marketing teams, and helping to ensure the delivery of class-leading products. This will involve you acting as the frontline support for all customers (distributors, dealers and end users) experiencing system’ issues. You will be responsible for liaising with all departments within the company in order to investigate and solve customer problems, some of which may be more complex or long-standing problems that have been escalated by the service department.Key Responsibilities
