Q. What is the job description» The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for growing key strategic accounts across the Zifo portfolio in the UK plus Europe. Primarily the growth will be in the research and development divisions of pharmaceutical and biotech companies and help developing new business for Zifo. They will work with Business Users and Managers of our Customers in conjunction with the internal Zifo support team.
