Job Description

Customer Services Team Leader required ASAP on a temporary basisfor this local academic establishment.You will be leading a team to deliver excellent service to customers from point of booking to arrival.Duties:

  • Line manage a team of Executives.
  • Recruit, train and support permanent and temporary members of your team
  • Work closely with operational and accommodation teams to ensure all information is collated and communicated
  • Enforce the accurate capture of data within the booking system
  • Act as signatory for refunds
  • Support your team in their day to day work
  • Coordinate capacity management
  • Managing the booking and coordination of transfers
  • Conducting pre-arrival customer care calls
  • Undertake any reasonable duties as required
Experience required:
  • Previous relevant experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Attention to detail
