Job Description

Excellent Customer Services Executive role - Cambridge Science Park - £25k + Benefits plus 10% Annual Bonus Scheme- Full time- Cambridge Science ParkKey duties include: Processing of daily SAP sales orders Production of sales reports, SAP reports and exporting data from SAP to excel pivot tables Stock control & managing customer forecasts Daily interaction with our customers Managing & regularly reviewing customer price lists Reviewing and management of customer accounts Producing, checking and dispatch of daily invoices and monthly statements Debt control Creation, development and maintenance of internal databases in excel and Lotus Notes Working in compliance with SOPs General administration duties Working to tight deadlines Liaising with internal colleagues across different functions within the organisation, including Quality and Supply Chain Supporting the Sales & Marketing team and colleaguesThe successful candidate: Able to prioritise and manage own workload Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability in Microsoft Office packages, intermediate ability as a minimum in Excel Database management skills, experience of SAP is desirable Pharmaceutical awareness is an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside of the organisation, both written and oral A positive and determined attitude Self-motivated and keen to succeed Strong communication skills are essential as the role will require interaction with overseas colleagues and customers
