SummarySalary: Starting from £12.62 and raising to £14.53 after 12 monthsReporting Line: Branch ManagerClosing Date: 17/11/2023Please note that this job requires working on Saturdays.If successful in this role your contractual job title will be Customer Service ConsultantWhat to expectHere at the Post Office, we’re steeped in tradition, but we’re going places.As a Customer Services Consultant you will join us on our journey to WOW customers and you will undertake a truly valuable role. You will be responsible for offering a consistent level of customer service while driving sales of our innovative products andservices.You will be working in one of our Directly Managed Branches as part of a busy team where you will have the opportunity to build a great rapport with customers.This role offers you an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and work in all areas of the Post Office, including the Counter, Post shop, Travel Area and Meet & Greet.What we can do for youOur people are the driving force behind our business, we are proud of the energy, commitment and customer focus we have in common.
