Job Description

We are supporting a company based in Cambridge (CB5) with recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This is a full time, permanent position which will include some weekend working so flexibility is required. You will be offered up to £36,000depending on your experience and a very generous benefits package too!Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Support and motivate the team to achieve high standards at all times
  • Build and maintain customer and client relationships, increasing opportunities and repeat business
  • Processing and resolving customer complaints
  • Report in to the Head of Business, assisting with adhoc duties if required
