Interaction Recruitment are working with this engineering, designing and manufacturing business to recruit for a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role is key to looking after our clients customers - you will be creating works orders, updating various systems as needed and managing customer queries as they happen The Role:-- Responsible for taking calls from customers - Support the daily delivery schedule updates - Produce the daily overdue analysis report - Answer customer queries and proactively provide effective contract communications through the development of excellent relationships with customers - Responsible for the administration of sales orders, acknowledgements and effective customer communication - Support the monitoring of customer contracts through on going monitoring of the system and workflow, collating feedback and - Ensuring effective customer communication in a timely manner. The person:-- Customer Service background is required - Ideally have worked within a manufacturing, engineering or technical based company before - not essential - Be a confident user of Microsoft packages - Be an excellent communicator Whats on Offer:-- Working in their offices in Cambridge with onsite parking - 33 days annual leave including bank holidays - Salary of £24-£26K PA DOE To apply for this role please send your CV to
