An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Strong Customer Service professional to join this prestigious Cambridge based manufacturing organisation.To start April 2021 - working hours Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00pmA standalone role you will need to up for a challenge but equally the rewards will be to make the right your own.This role will be office based for the first 3 months for training - after this time you will be able to work from home with visits to the office approx. once a week.The focus of the role is to maintain strong quality relationships - servicing the needs of the customers and troubleshooting issues whilst maximising sales potential.Responsibilities:Maintain and develop the Customer Service function to deliver a first-class service across all accountsHandling incoming orders and complaintsEntering orders and amendments on the ERP systemWorking closely with the production team to solve problems and meet customer needsEnsure orders are shipped on time through interaction with other departmentsGather, analyse and provide market and competitive informationProvide general office support in other areas when required.Person Specification:Strong Customer Service background - ideally within manufacturingAble to work well on your ownExperience of using a manufacturing ERP system is essentialAttention to detail & well organisedEnjoy working in a fast- paced environment.Excellent benefits package which includes free parking, 25 days holiday and company pension scheme.For further information please do not hesitate to get in contact with Becky at Tate.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
