Calling all credit controllers! We have a superb opportunity with a global company for a strong credit controller, who is terrier like in chasing money. You will be working in Cambridge for their North American Credit Control team, which means that one day a week, you will be doing a shift from 12.30 to 9 but dont worry - you can work this shift from home. Key aspects of this role include:* Credit control by phone and email* Cash allocation* Liaising with business units and customers to investigate disputed debts* Resolving collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history* Checking customer statementsTo be successful in your application for this credit control role, you will have good credit control experience coupled with a sparky enthusiastic personality.
