Passionate, hands-on talent welcome anytime.The Role of The Creative Marketing Executive:You will join a very talented team at a very exciting time to help scale a next-generation business app that everyone needs, even though they dont yet know it.Responsibilities of The Creative Marketing Executive:* Research, assimilate, understand and empathise with customers in our target audience to truly appreciate their needs and the way they think* Conceive and produce concept to final content in the form of image ads, storyboards, promotional videos, emails, blog posts, press releases etc* Deliver content to our target audience via various mediums such as our website, email and social* Engage, direct and manage external marketing resources, with support from others in the team* Co-ordinate the procurement and logistics around physical stuff, like swag and event assetsEssential Skills Required of The Creative Marketing Executive:* A solid understanding of buyer journey principles, the methodologies and metrics used to optimise it, and the ability to evaluate success in a data-driven way* The ability to combine creative and critical thinking in a fast-paced but process driven way* To demonstrate strong visual design sensitivity and capability, and the same when it comes to copy and the written word* The ability to produce well-considered and engaging creative content (visual and written) that resonates with its target audience* Experience running successful campaigns on at least one social platform (with the confidence to transfer) as well as via traditional means, like email* The ability to assimilate a lot of information and condense it to its essence* A passion for the psychology of marketing, the science behind your discipline, and breaking the status quoDesired Skills Required of The Creative Marketing Executive:* Experience targeting your work at a commercial audience, as well as consumers* Experience working with tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics (etc), MixPanel, Webflow, Sketch (although Illustrator is ok)* Experience working in a customer-facing role (beyond face-to-face retail)* A good understanding of the importance of brand, design systemisation, and best practices* Simple web content management capabilities* A natural inclination to engage with customers first handIf you are interested in this position, feel you have the relevant experience and skills and would like to apply, please call our team now on or apply online.Our client is an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.Aspire Cambridge is acting as an Employment Agency in regards to this Permanent opportunity.
