We encourage our people to think differently and our inclusive culture of continuous learning and collaboration make Mundipharma a great placeto work.Job DescriptionAs part o the Senior Management Team we are looking for a forward-thinking and dynamic leader, keen to challenge the current archetype of traditional Medical Affairs within Pharma and deliver Mundipharma Vision of true partnership with HCP and wider industrypartners alike.You will work closely with the Country Manager and other cross-functional employees to create an organisation with the expertise and culture to develop and achieve the Companys goals.Key Responsibility:

  • Medical Leadership
  • Provide leadership for the local Medical department
  • Provide clinical support for all areas of Medical Affairs
  • Member of the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team (MALT)
  • External engagement
  • Build and maintain contacts with medical opinion leaders and institutions
  • Provide Medical expertise to cross-functional teams
  • Provide support / advice and information both internally and externally on Scientific / Medical matters related to the companys products and competitors (such as strategies, tactics, promotional activities, scientific concepts)
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives
  • Liaise with Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety and R&D to ensure a seamless approach from Scientific Affairs
  • Guide the approval of promotional and scientific materials for the company prior to distribution and publication
  • Collaborate with compliance team to meet the company standardsQualifications
QualificatonsMedical Doctor or Pharmacist registered in the UKRelevant experience whithin a Medica Affairs function
