Job Description

Here at Interlink we have a rare opportunity for a Corporate Technology Associate to join an international law firm in Cambridge.This global law firm serves the worlds most innovative businesses and people.The firm is now looking for 2PQE + Associate to join their extraordinary teamThe Opportunity:

  • You will be advising investors, companies and management teams on a wide variety of venture capital investments, M&A transactions and private equity transactions.
  • The opportunity to take part in cross-border M&A and joint venture work.
  • Advising companies at all stages of their lifecycle from cradle to liquidity.
  • You will act for many international high profile investors, across the major tech hubs, such as Silicon Valley, Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam.
About you:
  • You will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 PQE.
  • You will have experience giving start up advice
  • M&A and VC experience from a top tier UK or International firm
  • You will have excellent academics
  • You will have experience in IPOs, trade sales and mergers
