Job Description

Reed Cambridge Business Support are recruiting, on behalf an accountancy firm, a Corporate Administrator.Salary: £14 per hourLocation: CambridgeWorking hours: 9:00 – 17:30 (flexible), hybrid working available (2-3 days a week in the office)Contract type: temporary until ChristmasStart date: ASAP.Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and sending routine correspondence internally and externally
  • Filing accounts and tax returns online with HMRC and Companies House.
  • Updating workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returns.
  • Drafting and filing Companies House forms.
Person Specification:
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Background in finance, accountancy, professional services and legal is beneficial and desirable.
