An excellent opportunity for a Contract Payroll Analyst to come in and make an immediate impact within this Cambridge based Telecommunications business. This business have experienced significant growth throughout 2019, hence the need of an immediate impact to assist with the continued growth. Throughout this Payroll role you will be working closely with key stakeholders in assiting with their global payroll system.Client DetailsA well established and international Telecommunications business based in Cambridge, situated in between Madingley and Grantchester. Leaders in the Telecommunications sector, this company are going from strength to strength, and are seeking a Contract Payroll Analyst to come in and make an immediate impact within the business. Working from a fantastic office, you will also get the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team who will be able to guide you throughout the process.DescriptionThe Contract Payroll Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to assist with the payroll onto the global payroll system.
  • Creating and updating detailed standard operating procedures.
  • Having excellent time management and clear communication skills are pivotal in succeeding throughout this role.
  • Dealing with all payroll related queries directly and confidently.
  • Maintaining information in accordance with company requirements.
  • Maintaining up to date working knowledge of company requirements in area of responsibility.
  • Advising colleagues on any changes that have occured or may occur.
  • ProfileThe successful candidate for the Contract Payroll Analyst requires:
  • Excellent systems skills and very quick to pick up new processes. For example, Excel - Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Macros.
  • The ability to quickly recognise situations and areas for improvement.
  • Proven experience of payroll administration throughout previous roles to date.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines.
  • Being able to come in and fit in well the team.
  • Having that drive and can-do attitude is crucial in order to progress within this business.
  • Experience in a fast pace environment would be advantageous.
