Job Description

Role: Contract ConsultantLocation: Cambridge (on site) Salary: £25-£28K DOERoleThe role of the Contract Consultant will be to assist in the complete delivery of recruitment and candidate aftercare management in line with specific client requirements. Duties will include the attraction of quality candidates and their subsequent aftercarewhilst on assignment with Adecco and the client. Delivery against agreed costs and timescales is an essential part of the role as well as client and candidate interaction.Responsibilities

  • Recruit and complete the registration process for all candidates which means client requirements and in kine with Adecco business process
  • Take up appropriate references and carry out pre-placement compliance checks with all candidates
  • Maintain candidate registration profiles to ensure they are fully compliant with employment legislation
  • Collate and maintain all Client information to ensure correct order processing and invoicing
  • Perform spot checks audits in accordance with Adecco business process
  • Keep a record of up to date Candidate pool, ready to deploy to current and upcoming requirements
  • Complete weekly candidate rota
  • Complete weekly payroll (when required) handling and resolving candidate pay
  • Carry out candidate training and site inductions in line with Client requirements
  • Complete regular weekly client meetings to ensure consistent understanding of current and upcoming requirements
  • Attend all relevant training courses as required
  • Establish and maintain goodwill with all clients

  • Demonstrated focus on client and candidate relationships
  • Working to reach deadlines that may reach beyond core working hours
