This role offers an exciting opportunity for a solicitor at the NQ to 2 years PQE level, seeking to develop their career in both contentious and non-contentiousconstruction matters.The Role:As a Construction Solicitor in our dynamic team, you will handle a variety of tasks, providing you with the opportunity to grow and gain valuable experience in a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work. The role includes engaging with adiverse client base, including major contractors, developers, and public sector entities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on diverse construction issues, including drafting and negotiating contracts, warranties, and professional appointments.
  • Engage in dispute resolution processes, encompassing litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.
  • Offer practical, commercially focused legal advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service.
  • Opportunities to be involved in business development and networking activities to help grow your reputation in the market.
Candidate Profile:
  • UK-qualified Solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE in construction law.
  • Experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
