Communications Manager Location: Cambridge (There is however some flexibility over working from home for one or two days per week) Salary: Up to £43,000, depending on experienceThe role is full time but applications for part-time hours will be considered. The contract is for a fixed term of 18 months, but again consideration will be given to requests for a different contract length. The post will be reviewed at the end of the 18 months, and it is expected to continue in some form, subject to approval.The Communications Manager position is a new role at this Cambridge College and represents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on how they engage with the different elements of their community. There is currently no dedicated communicationsresource and so they are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to draft and implement a communications strategy and work collaboratively across the College.The role will involve drafting some communications as well as coordinating the communications work owned by a number of teams (primarily Admissions, Development, Conference Office, IT and the Bursars Assistant).The successful candidate will use their expertise to review what the College does now, clarify their communications aims and identify how best to achieve those aims working closely with the Warden and Finance Bursar.Benefits include:
