An exciting new role has just gone live working for a well-respected and established surveying practice based in the heart of Cambridge. They have an envious portfolio with some of Cambridgeshires elites as clients. Passionate about customer service, renownedfor delivering the best strategical advice and maximising clients assets.Job DescriptionWorking on a fixed term contact, you will be part of a small yet energetic and driven team. As an experienced Commercial Valuations Surveyor, you will undertake valuation and consultancy work on a wide variety of property across the Region. Predominantlywithin the generalist property sectors including industrial, offices, retail and residential development. Days/Hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm with an earlier finish on Fridays.Essential skillsTo be considered you will be; MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer. You will be an ambitious and engaging surveyor who is able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You will also strive to deliver great customer service in addition to managingclients expectations, while representing the values and principles of the business. Knowledge of ARGUS Developer and KEL is desirable but not essential.In returnA negotiable Salary circa £45k - £50k DOE. Includes additional benefits and a generous holiday package.
