Due to rapid growth, they are now looking for a talented Commercial Head who will be a critical part of the business taking on commercial strategy and execution managing sales, customer service and marketing to deliver ambitions growth plans. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the commercial strategy to deliver growth targets to 2024Own, track, and report commercial Key Performance Indicators to the Board, including the Commercial P&LManage and rapidly grow our Commercial team, currently 4, with responsibility over Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, ensuring a coordinated approach to commercial activities and successDrive market-leading excellence in customer engagement, service, and valueTake on the senior commercial relationship with our Strategic Partners and key accounts, embedding them as the service provider of choice for the long term,Prioritise commercial opportunities, balancing customer, and business requirement, and managing the client lifecycle and deliverables against each stage from proposal to close to renewalDevelop our technology strategy and solutions for our customers, working with the wider team and our external steering groups from concept to prototype testing, and taking full ownership at the commercialisation stageWho are youYou want to have a transformative impact in a growing business, and on the industry You have experience in owning commercial strategy and execution in a growth company, ideally with technology at its heartYou have a proven track record of negotiating business deals and technical solution salesYou are a natural leader and manager - and you understand the difference between theseCommercial track record specifically in enterprise data solutionsFamiliarity with the agriculture and agribusiness would be advantageous ABOUT USThis role is being handled by McCarthy Recruitment, an award-winning behavioural leadership recruitment consultancy covering the whole of the UK.
