The Trust provides accessible high-quality healthcare for the local people of Cambridge, together with specialist services, dealing with rare or complex conditions for a regional, national and international population.We are looking for a enthusiastic Clinical Trial Coordinator to be part of an experienced and dynamic team working on clinical trials contributing to cancer research and working as part of the PARTNER trial team. We are looking for a candidate with clinical trials and project management experience. You will have primary responsibility for coordinating research within the PARTNER trial working alongside two other trial coordinators within the breast portfolio in the Cambridge Cancer Trials Centre. This role is non-patient facing, involving working closely with Investigators, data managers, statisticians, programmers, pharmacists and liaising with medical staff involved in oncology trials. You will interact with regulatory authorities, produce reports to funders, and work in accordance with nationally agreed standards. The post is funded for 1 year in the first instance with the possibility of renewal if funding is available.The Cambridge Clinical Trials Unit - Cancer Theme (CCTU-CT) is hosted by Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) NHS Foundation Trust, which includes Addenbrooke’s Hospital and is part of the Cambridge Cancer Centre, a partnership between Cancer Research UK, CUH and the University of Cambridge.
